Update: (AP) — US Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas and his wife indicted on conspiracy and other charges in probe into ties to Azerbaijan.
DoJ accuses Rep. Cuellar and his wife of taking ~$600,000 in bribes from a foreign oil company controlled by Azerbaijan and a Mexican bank to try to influence US policy in favor of the former Soviet republic.
