This kind of exchange could easily be avoided IMO, just by simply stating that the OSA needs "wholesale revision" or even, "reform", rather than "scrapping" it.
#nigelfarage walked into a trap here, and it was avoidable.
@jim Fararge is not alas that dumb. He didn't walk into a trap. He goaded his opponent into making slurs that will make epic PR and can with the right timing of lawyers will run on and on.
Likewise I don't think Farage's "and apologize" was anything but calculated. It's the first step towards lining up litigation and not only did Kyle walk straight into it, he did it outside the walls of the house.
