@portokadoo 是茶泡饭!将吃剩的香菇鸡肉油豆腐饭捏成团,用平底锅将表皮煎脆,然后淋上热汤。当时住九州所以辅料用的是福冈特产明太子(腌鳕鱼籽),运气好的话海外日超冻柜也能找到。剩下的就是柚子、小葱和海苔了。
