感觉这个月放弃健康食谱乱吃肉乱吃精制糖乱吃动物油身体反而舒服很多(指月经好像接近像正常人了(也可能是日程不那么紧绷压力小的时候会倾向于乱吃​:ablobthinkingeyes:

@portokadoo:ablobcatknitsweats:​​:ablobcatknitsweats:​​:ablobcatknitsweats:​四五天内吃了弄了:红酱猪颈ragu意面,奶油白酱猪肩肉ragu意面,滑蛋虾,煎白肉鱼,味噌鸡火锅,照烧鸡腿排,卤牛腱,羊肉抓饭,bbq牛仔骨,还外食了一顿烤肉,绝对量可能也不算特别大的但是对我来说有点异常了…
