今年买上了便宜樱桃,用吸管去籽整颗煮成果酱真好吃啊,不狂加糖就不会太甜,也不像很多莓果会酸得没边,反而有种淡淡的、上品的、大人的涩味(带籽烹饪的话应该风味会更好,带皮的果肉滑溜咬起来也有口感,配什么吃都合适
