If you did not know it yet, you can verify yourself as the owner of the links in your profile metadata. Go to Preferences > Profile.

This is not a verification in Twitter meaning. This verifies that your account is owned by the owner of the website you link to.
Then if ownership of this website can be linked back to the real you, then people can trust your Mastodon account is really you.
