Unpublished work, an artificial chemistry. The short molecules at the top are being replicated by proximity to the 21 enzymes below. Each enzyme catalyses one of the reactions needed.

The representation is extremely hard to understand; what molecules are these? Is it a molecular dynamics simulation?
@rastinza @timhutton IIRC you can look at challenge 3.4 in this: https://github.com/timhutton/livingphysics but I haven't played around with it in a long time. Optimizing these kinds of simulations would be a lot of fun!
