The last lot of groceries I got from the farm place came with a free half-bag of brown bread flour and a recipe card, and I have instant yeast here, so I guess I'll make some bread tomorrow ^.^
Breb came out super weird! Followed all the instructions, it said place it in a dutch oven for the second rise, then bake it in the dutch oven - but maybe mine was too big for the amount of bread because the bread kinda spread and it's about 6cm thick XD It tastes good at least and has a nice crunchy crust while being soft in the middle ^.^
@welshpixie Is it one of those high hydration recipes that require no kneeding? If that's the case, you have to start with quite warm water and allow it to rest for a long time, at least one night
