Can someone explain to me how a BETA piece of software is allowed out in the wild in a *moving vehicle*? Beta is for testing and if I'm on the road next to some douche in a Tesla under FSD beta mode who causes an accident, I'm just reiterating that I DID NOT OPT IN TO THE BETA TEST.

@steveumstead It doesn't say the software is in beta.
I believe the biggest problem is not the software itself, which clearly isn't perfect, but how it is sold.
It is sold as autonomous driving and that is how people use it, which is clearly dangerous.
It should be sold and used as a driving assistant, not as a full replacement of the driver.
