@TImW381 I'd say the child would either live or die. Not sure if it would live long enough to be born, it depends on the severity of the deformity.

I don't like killing babies and think it's wrong. Most would consider that a reasonable, uncontroversial statement. But since the baby is super young, ageism kicks in. Since it might inconvenience somebody to take care of a baby, we must by all means kill it.

1/ Reducing people's dependence on the government incentivizes them to earn their own keep. It might hurt their feelings but if people do nothing but rely on the government for their daily bread, they will never move ahead economically in society. That's just how it works.
2/ Abortion shouldn't be between them though. I think murder is murder no matter how old the person is.
