I think I understand @a's mania in this whole porn discussion debacle, and it all centers on one word: control.

Torba didn't like Big Tech companies, so he's trying to make his own, pleading with everyone to switch to his own forks of publicly available FOSS, why? So that he has some feeling of control.

And this porn debacle is no different. Here, he's trying to see just how much power he has in the right wing and alt-right community. Everybody on the right, both on @gab and on @Twitter, seem to be amped up over this.

Now that popular YouTubers like The Quartering and David Walsh are getting in on the scrum, he's gotta be feeling pretty good about himself.
