This is quite tragic, and sadly not surprising when you look at the suicide stats.

He didn't like who he was, and wanted to become a woman.

No wonder he had "self esteem issues"!

This might be too hot a take for some, but it's a fact; a transgendered person is just a gender cosplayer.

No wonder so many people trying to pretend to be something that they're not as a lifestyle end up depressed and suicidal.

If I self-identified as a tree and got the surgery (top and bottom), I'd be suicidal too!

@realcaseyrollins The Reddit feed mentioned "she" had a botched transition surgery and permanent nerve pain. Who could have guessed having your dick cut off might lead to lasting pain? Shocker.

@Monolithicman Well that is just awful. You make a good point, but at the same time, I've never heard of this happening after transition surgery.

@realcaseyrollins Yeah, I have no idea if it is true, but it is easy to believe. Even regular surgeries as have fairly high rates of getting messed up, and that one would involve a lot of nerves.
