If there are more than 5 drink driving convictions in a rural area, the council should have to fund a bus service running every 15 minutes from when the pubs open until 15 minutes after midnight.

@anon_opin The drinkers in town could always set up a system where they take it in turns to be paid by the others to be the designated driver. Collectively they could even buy a large vehicle to bundle everyone in if there’s that many of them. If there’s multiple pubs they could agree on set times to minimise the route distance too
