@eta I don't entirely know what logic is used to move train designators forward: don't they run a risk of that engaging for whatever odd reason and these moving someplace else?

@robryk yes, if a train were to run through the area! but the point of the designators is that a train wouldn’t get signalled to run through the area, because the designators would remind the signaller that the problem exists :p

@eta But how does the train motion detection work? Usually you wouldn't care whether it overtriggers _out_ of unoccupied segments, because the designators there are empty.

@robryk no, if that happens, you get a description of **** (train movement from a place where there wasn’t a description), so you do care about it
