@Catelli Half of the examples from the article don't seem to necessarily follow this pattern and seem to be rather of the kind "car is stopped for no obvious reason, and remains so for 10+ minutes". I'd guess that it's a tossup between "should have taken a risk it correctly understood to be there, even if minimal" and a bizarre enough misunderstanding of the situation, so that if it were correct it should not take the risk.
