Can we normalize gift registries pls can I have one w no intent to marry or reproduce & not be looked at like an entitled freak (as if those are the only reasons to ever gift anyone anything)
No guesswork/wondering what they like no getting excited to give the perfect gift only to find they were already gifted three others no wrong sizes/colors no returns/exchanges/guilt no asking/answering “what do you want for _____”

I wonder what's your opinion on, instead of having the prospective gift-receiver prepublish wishes, having the prospective gift-giver ask them explicitly.
