Well, I guess, the UX still has to comply with the voting laws...
But knowing how many Bjarni Jónssons (and the like) there must be in Iceland, it could be difficult to endorse the right person among those 82... There could easily be 2 people with the same name.

Note also the "Agnieszka" in the screenshotted list (it's a pretty common Polish first name, so I guess there is more than one Icelandic woman with it).
