I gotta say, it's kind of stunning to see a violation of SDLC practices be so publicly visible as is the case with the grok shenanigans.

Allegedly they're blaming an ablative intern for this? which tells me that they failed to have appropriate access controls around the production codebase, failed to have appropriate review of commits, and failed in appropriate onboarding and training.

Noncompliant practices like this have obvious, clear consequences, and "xai" is showing they are systemically dysfunctional; they are wrong to have implemented their operations in this fashion.

@munin can you give some pointers? A very quick search yielded only articles about grok's behaviour, and I have failed to find anything about them blaming an intern.
