Testing platform after platform.
I think we all do.

Let us know when you make the switch.. You will keep the domain right?
@ggarron I’ll definitely keep the domain.
One of the key things which sees me use Write.as, Ghost, WP or other is to have a consistent domain so when the mood to try a different platform strikes, I can still be found. 🙂
@ggarron that is interesting as one other thing which is important is trying to keep the post names the same so if any have been shared, they are still clickable in the years to come.
That said, so many people seem to be on the 'pretty URL' bandwagon the platforms I am looking at all seems to offer the 'no extension' option.
For me, the only benefit to not using an extension is I have also been an extension junkie over the years. I've built .html, .htm, .php, .asp, .jsp and back when it first launched, I even used Cold Fusion for my site.
@rw No extension is to force operating system to work in a different way as they were designed to.
Most platforms now does not even offer the option to use an extension.
