@randynose even ignoring the main daftness of that IBM add asking for more experience than is possible. (I'm desensitised to this now it happens so often)

@basil @randynose probably a job add posted for an internal applicant. I have seen this often. Manager has a candidate for a role. Takes their resume, 12 years experience in SQL etc., and posts that knowing in all likelihood only one applicant will fit. The one they already have.
Gets compliance off their back...
