How often I get annoyed by Jira, rarely happens in any other software I use. There are just soo many caveats to everything at all parts of the process... it's simply annoying.

I do mind the process even less. It‘s okay.
The problems are with Jira itself how inconsistent and weird the software is.
For example they offer a thing called components and should be an important part how to use it. Yet they are full of limitations that you reach within the first real usage.
Then they are only available on certain types of projects which also does not make sense.
Jira can be good and powerful but is often standing in the way unexpectedly.
