It is time for an #introduction to the #science community from my side:
I am an early-career physician-scientist investigating #extracellularvesicles in chronic lymphocytic leukemia at the University Hospital Cologne. Using high-dimensional single-cell techniques to understand how cancer cells hijack intercellular communication in the tumor microenvironment is extremely fascinating and fun to me.
I look forward to supporting the #ScienceMastodon community and interacting with all of you. 🐘

Hello #neuroscience people! #introduction time: I’m a post doc at Salk institute studying #astrocytes and #neurodevelopment. I am from Arizona and did my PhD at Harvard studying #serotonin and #mouse #behavior.
In addition to my research, I care about mentoring and am active in Salk’s SACNAS chapter. I’m also a runner training for my first marathon and have two really good cats.
