Why is velocity relative but acceleration is not.. why is so hard in physics.. so many things are relative and some are absolute, its easy to figure out which is which.. but WHY. I've been far down the rabbit hole and it never ends..
@freemo Because acceleration can be measured as a force. Velocity can only exist in relation to something else. There's no way to measure an absolute velocity because you don't know what the ultimate "still" point is. Center of the Universe perhaps?
