Can someone explain Cirtizenship amendment bill to me? And why so much protest happening

3 types of protest are going on:
1. Northeast and Assam: They fearing that Hindu immigrants will start staying at their states. And that will destroy their culture.
2. Muslims: They are fearing it is the primitive step of NRC, which it is. And they'll be behind the detention camp soon.
3. Others: Granting special Citizenship on the basis of specific religion is unconstitutional.
Moreover the economic growth is all time low and plummeting further downwind. And Govt. has totally directed the news to this.

There is an absolute breakdown of law and order in Bengal. So its obvious who is fear mongering.
