@charlotteclymer Sad we don't have the broadcast environment and FCC of the 1970s. This would be shut down immediately and breathtaking fines levied.
Back in the day when I was younger, being ALLOWED to broadcast on radio spectrum owned by the people brought a whole lot of stipulations. Public service was the most fundamental concept, the "prime directive". Nobody dared violate this because FCC response was immediate and draconian.
In the meantime, everything has become enshittified. "Let the market sort itself out." That doesn't work, at all.
