headlights are out of control.

@cdarwin Yes. Today's headlights would be illegal in the 1970s. In California the CHP would bust your ass right away. What gives? Human eyesight hasn't changed.

I happen to live in a spot where headlights sweep across my house from 700 feet away and it lights the house up. This is not necessary unless you are driving 140 mph.

Very annoying. There used to be standards.
