@jalefkowit I'm old and I have no doubt that's true. And there are businesses that do this. The restaurant where I work as a chef does it. The hospital where I undergo medical treatment and cancer treatment does it. I'm impressed. Blown away by the quality of service. And yes this is how you win customers.
