Here’s what it comes down to, folks:

Was anyone going to attack Russia if Ukraine joined NATO?

No.

Was anyone going to attack Russia if Ukraine joined the EU?

No.

Did Russia attack Ukraine?

Yes.

No one in their right minds would attack Russia. This was never about defense. This is a ~septuagenarian strongman has-been throwing what could possibly still turn out to be nuclear fit because he cannot hold sway over an independent nation.

There is only one aggressor here and that is Putin.

@aral that EU money works its magic fast, huh

@skells May I ask what the fuck you’re talking about?

Follow

@aral an observation that those running foundations (with laudable goals) are strangely vocal on Ukraine at the moment

@skells Nice observation. We’re entirely funded by personal funds and with donations from individuals. Zero EU funding or any other form of institutional funding.

So maybe next time do your bloody research before running your mouth.

@aral

"Eventually, we hope that institutions like the EU will see that our work benefits the commons and fund us from the commons. But we’re not holding our breaths for that just yet."

A little agitprop never hurts though does it?

Perhaps I'm barking up the wrong tree but boilerplate NPC takes make me less likely to donate, not more.

Keep up the good work though, genuinely.
