@cjd @adam @Johncdvorak Reuters reported the second article and I put a lot more weight behind them than Newsweek.
The fact that American outlets like the NYT and WaPo didn't give it any play is revealing; if Putin calculated to drive a wedge between Europe and the US with this invasion then those first cracks are starting to show
