@skells I think it depends on the fast food, but I would say that most of it is junk to the mind. It doesn't really support the brain and body, it can be addictive and it ends up being empty calories rather than providing the nutrition we need. This is the stuff that is cheap and typical from fast food places. You are better off saving up and finding quality foods when you go out, make it more of a pleasure.

@skells Yeah. I think it is worth exploring as a vice and topic until you figure out where your boundaries and values lay with it. Likewise when it comes to reading the news.
