Abdominal pain, serious diarrhea (including watery diarrhea), dizziness (I have to lay on the bed for the most of the day) and fever (37.7C) in the past 24 hours.

Can't believe I'm still alive.

----

Due to my health insurance is still in the waiting period (I have to keep paying for it for 6 months before I can use the benefits), I have to sort it out by myself.

Considering the main symptoms are digestive system related, I assume that's caused by me eating something wrong. The biggest possibility is the not-fully-cooked fried egg from breakfast on Friday morning, it might be salmonella. But I don't know. This morning I took some Smecta, and it helps a bit on the diarrhea, so I can confirm it is caused by bacteria, not virus. From what I learned from past, Smecta has little affect on virus caused diarrhea.

And instead of taking something like berberine to nuke everything in my digestive system, instead, I tried some Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Preparation (don't know the trade name). The raw idea is to let those probiotics compete with salmonellae, since they are more adoptive to the human body, and they should be doing much better than salmonellae in terms of reproduction and colonization.

Many sources said those probiotics have very limited effects against Salmonella, but tonight I feel much better than this morning. So maybe that's a possible solution?

Why not berberine you asked? Because my digestive system is already ragile enough. IBS gives me random diarrhea, and I'm afraid nuking everything using antibiotic might make things worse.
