posting about Python the other day reminded me why I normally have a rule that I never write about programming languages -- people get so weird and condescending! (like "ugh, Python sucks, people just like it because they don't know better”)

personally I prefer really ‘boring’ programming languages (like Python/JS/Go/bash) and it's irritating to be constantly told that that's "wrong"

(Rust has helped me a lot over the years but I still can't really wrap my head around it tbh)
