If you polled the existence of limited liability companies it'd be like 80% against the basic definition which implies people have a revealed preference to be poor and if you don't you're essentially Calvinist Elect and have a moral duty to find ways to force people not to be poor, lazy, and stupid.

@jdp.extropian.net I think that LLCs'* tax rate should approach 100% as its profits go towards infinity. Does that mean I'm against LLCs?
* or their owner's, I'm not a tax lawyer
