First of all - Aurora OS is a closed russian government project, lead by Rostelekom (national telecommunication company). China's technology company could not use it.
Second, fossbytes.com made a link for "Russian site" The Bell - it's a fake site, It has none autority in russian media. Totally.
Third. If Huawei is interested in Sailfish - they will operate with Sailfish directly. As I remember, Rostelekom had a pie in Jolla (bought it from one russian buisnessman, who firstly made Sailfish OS Mobile Rus - the direct precendor of Aurora OS), but not so big to decide.
