tl;dr - RCS not working for a week. "No problems" on Google or T-Mobile's end. Stuck on verifying. Anyone hear anything?

Guys, anyone else stuck in 'rcs hell' atm? It's been like this for a week. I think the problem's on jibe's end, since Google and T-Mobile say they don't know what's up. Don't trust those answers, but nothing I do fixes the issue. Unlocked S20+ worked fine for the first week, then this. It didn't have carrier services installed, so I did that. No change. Uninstalled. Still get sms/mms without carrier services, so some Samsung or T-Mobile process is probably filling that role.
