Life finds a way. Unless you're a horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) in the forests of Poland and the horse chestnut leaf borer (Cameraria orhidella) kills you.
@szescstopni Hopefully not really killed. The HCLM datasheet link in my 24/07/2023 post (link below too) says "HCLM does not significantly impair the trees' overall health, and the effect is mostly aesthetic." So please do not abandon hope yet. Unless something else is wrong with the tree : the advice page goes on to say "HCLM might exacerbate any decline and eventual death triggered by one or more other threats. These can include bleeding canker of horse chestnut, horse chestnut leaf blotch (see 'Identification and symptoms' below), leaf scorch, and damage to leaves caused by droughts and floods."
