To clarify: cars and the infrastructure they bring with them are terrible. If we can get rid of automobile infrastructure, ice cream trucks are probably worth losing.

But the happy feeling I get when those trucks drive by is Real. I probably won't buy anything but just hearing the music, feeling the nostalgia, and watching others get happy makes me happy. Hence, the parent post.

This isn't a rant I'm just posting this cuz an ice cream truck drove by and I wanted to tell you all that it made me feel less shitty.
