1960s urban legends about immigrants to Sweden didn't have them hunting and eating people's pets. Here they were breaking up the wooden flooring in their rental apartments to grow potatoes, and putting rats on a strange foreign dish they sold, the so-called "pizza".

Almost entirely unrelated, a friend once saw an advertisement for a rental apartment in Germany that stated that the _floor_ was not included!
