The transcript would make more sense if the video revealed that Kallas was actually appearing on Hot Ones and hallucinating from too much spice.

I think it's just a general fact that the words people _actually_ say are much much more confused and stuttering than what the brain tells us it hears.
That said it is well possible that she's extra unclear here, even if the transcript would have been edited for clarity.
