hey there, so it turns out my wife is one of those folks that cant eat anything because of her hyperthyroidism. that's because she cant eat iodine but there's iodine in everything in modern society. None of the tasty stuff she can eat, and especially none of the easy stuff to make she can eat. So i made a thing that generates "no iodine recipes" check it out here : https://cookup.ai/a/low-iodine-diet-recipe-generator-jvsuukvz/ maybe you'll need this diet one day if you need certain surgeries or treatments for thyroid disease . Just this simple diet really helps us keep her off the chopping block / radioactive iodine tx . I'm going to generate one and use the shopping list , maybe y'all will find it interesting to use AI for foodies stuff, hopefully some of the recipes will actually be tasty too ♥️🍽

@tonic Is that temporary while she preps for whatever treatment she needs? I assume she has cancer since you hashtagged it. I have #GravesDisease #Graves so don’t know about cancer aspects. For me, I just need to avoid large sources of iodine such as seaweed. You’re very thoughtful to come up with a special diet!
@wits_end I’m so so touched you reached out 🙏🏻 for her it’s permanent 😭 but I’m working something else for folks like you too . By the way instead of ´week number’ if you write down what ingredients you already have or the name of a cuisine like « Lebanese recipes » or if you don’t like something like « no soy » it will understand that and adapt 😉👊🏻🚀
@tonic
You should host this under www.dine.io
Get it? dine.io --> iodine
@tonic
That works too lol
@tonic of you write « in Spanish » instead of week number it will be in Spanish , if you write « Lebanese recipes » or « with ginger and curry » it Will understand that 😅💪🏻👍🏻
