Germans will make fun of the way Americans write dates but then go on to pronounce 365 as «three hundred, five and sixty». I feel like they deserve more bullying for this than they currently receive
@trinsec Ah, the French... But I think they are already regularly made aware. It was the similarity between American dates and German number pronunciation that I find so amusing

365 in English and 365 in German is still written the same. Just pronounced differently.
Americans can still say 'February 5th' when they write it down as 5-2-2023 :P
Which comes to mind.. why do they not just say '5 February'? The 'February 5th' is just as silly as the way Germans (and Dutchies) say the numbers in the tens.
