illustartor you can say: inside of path, outside of path, or centered on path, but inkscape is always centered

same here... could have sworn i had seen that in inkscape a long time ago.
dunno, is there an option for that in svg? can inkscape handle illustrator SVG exports woth centered or outside paths?
