Nothing is an excuse for murder. But when you have mental health problems, that isn't always stopping you.

Instead of saying 'It is evil! The culprits should be put to death!' like a superstitious person, it would be more constructive to wonder the why and how to avoid that in other families. If this could've been avoided by a proper psychiater or whatever, then the public should be made aware of that.

Someday someone else will think 'I can't handle this', and wouldn't it be nice if that someone already knows of mental health support and get proper help so a repeat of this is averted?

Or shall I just hand you a pitchfork so you can keep rampaging like a madman yourself?
