I went to a charity shop yesterday and picked up some #books for a pound each. Bargain.
I got Game of Thrones which I'm not interested in much but for £1 I thought I'd might as well buy it.
I got the Earthsea books too.
I also got the #movie Shawshank Redemption which is on the TV all the time but, still, for £1 it's worth getting. I think it's a special collector's one or something. I don't know.

@lydiaconwell Nifty. Games of Thrones isn't a bad read. Though somewhere halfway that whole storyline I kinda lost interest, but it started cool enough.

@trinsec I kinda know how it goes and the fact throughout the books characters are killed off all the time. It doesn't sound appealing to me - a bit stupid - but I'll give it a go I think.
