And I don't think the British public quite understand the dangers
Many places in the world are used to such temperatures and are well prepared for them but the UK isn't and it's a nation full of people who ignore caution.
I think things would be fine if the UK public could be trusted to be responsible.
So that's not going to happen ...

@lydiaconwell Around here it's forecasted for 37c... so not that far off either. My aircos are ready and I'll be spending most of the time indoors with everything shut. If I have to go outside for a walk, I'll likely bring an umbrella with me to avoid direct sun.
