Is there a single #hashtag people can use to reply to trolls that then somehow does something to the troll account?
I mean, it could encourage defederation or blocking or something ...
Just reply to the troll with #Shitbag or something so everyone knows what to do.
That way, you could keep hashtags clear for the genuine users.
