System Settings on both iOS and macOS is a mess. While Apple struggles to make them _look_ the same on all platforms, they are ignoring a fundamental problem:

An artificial hierarchy is getting in the way of users getting what they want.

Let's begin with a thought experiment: on iOS, are Music and News in the same settings group? What about Passwords and Game Center - same group? Translate and Health?
