I believe you should consider open mindedness. The bullying and harassment exists on both sides and one side has the establishment. Even within the medical community there is fear and punishment as well as censoring information and bias in funding studies .

I know a few Doctors at my university being threatened with punishment apparently there many others scared to speak up.
