@waltercool @alex I don't think changing the art takes much resources. What does take resources is minting more pennies. They cost almost three cents each to make. Abolish the penny. Also the nickle but that's only like 6 to 7 cents each to make
@valleyforge @alex It's a lot actually. Lot of paperwork, ton of printing, enough paper to discontinue the old one, creating a new model for IRS printing press. Also consider updating a anti fraud processes/analysys and all vendor machines may require update.
