Does anyone have the most recent LEGAL answer to:
1) can an employer ask if you are vaccinated?
2) do you have to answer?
3) can you be fired for *not answering*?
I was under the impression that this is ‘health issue’ and covered under ‘privacy’. An employer cannot ask if your gay or straight. I’m pretty sure they can’t ask if you’re menopausal or got a vasectomy.
